Lisa,

Just wanted highlight a service for SOLO attorneys. We've been in business for over 14 years and providing attorney subscriptions to our service for the past four. We compete directly with the established legal providers on legal forms. I would invite any Solo attorney to review our product for use in their practice. We are extremely reasonably priced given what I read above, and we are frankly simple to use. Annual fee or monthly fee are the only charges. And if the form is not available, we will draw it up. Additionally, we are partnered with Fastcase and Casemaker; a combination of which addresses a significant percentage of solo attorney needs. If you ever wish to speak directly you can call me, I can be reached at 877.389.0141 x111.

Regards,
Craig

Interesting. Lexis-Nexis seems to be taking the opposite tack. They have a Solo / Small Office package that seems to be based on crack dealers. For example, if your database package (which after two weeks of study, I'm not sure I still understand) is priced at $35o per month, they will give you a month or two free, the remainder of the first year at $50 ish, the second year at about $125 and the remainder of the three year contract at the $350. If you join a firm or dissolve, the contract terminates. They have even offered me a one year deal with a deep subsidy (although not that deep).

The problem is jenkinslaw.org. Fastcase Pro plus 2o minutes per day of Lexis-Nexis to Shepardize. Notwithstanding that price difference, as I buy more and more practice guides and forms books, I keep wishing I could find the right package on Lexis-Nexis.
