And (believe me) I would never get up at 5 a.m. just to exercise. The seamless integration of the treadmill desk into my existing daily routine has also contributed to my success (so far) in using it on a consistent basis (I've only missed a couple of weekdays since I started, and that's because I was sick). I've seen some very striking health/fitness results being reported in trade magazines about folks who are using this type of setup... yes, I run marathons but I don't get out every day and in the winter its mighty cold at 5 am. So this is cool.. I'll have to figure out where I'd put one! well, this is very cool. Only one person, who described himself as having particularly acute hearing, could hear it, and even he said that it didn't bother him.
